About the Company - Our client is a leader in the Plastic Injection Molding industry specializing in Medical Device and other custom manufactured parts.
About the Role - We are currently looking for an Entry Level Quality Engineer to ensure that the quality processes are strategically aligned with the company as a whole and external clients needs.
Salary: $60k - $80k
*Must be United States citizen* this is an ITAR Certified company.
Responsibilities -
- PPAP/ validation
- FAIR
- Continuous Improvement
- Advance Product Quality Planning
- Customer Complaints/ CAPA’s
- Internal QMS Audits/ Customer Audits
Qualifications - 4yr degree in Engineering or Technical discipline
Required Skills -
- Experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer in a Manufacturing Environment or Equivalent role in Quality function.
- American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) is preferred.
- Experienced in good manufacturing practices and quality initiatives and programs.
- Experience with QMS systems including ISO 13485/ AS9100.
- Strong working knowledge of injection molding processes.
- Travel to other worksites or customer locations: 20% (Must have a personal vehicle with valid driver license)
